Before we can describe these two important concepts of today’s world, we must first analyze the underlying term for these concepts, business. Trade refers to the transfer of ownership of goods and services from one person or institution (seller) to another in exchange for receiving something from the buyer. More precisely, any work that is measurable and that people cede in exchange for a good or service, good or service, or both, and both are satisfied and pleased with it, is called a trade. Trade is divided into internal and external parts. In today’s practice, it is called the trade of goods or services (trade) and to trade better in a short time requires data and knowledge to achieve the goal. Trade is the mechanism that forms the core of capitalism.
Defining a business model is not an easy task and involves a lot of complexity because, in different areas of the business, there are specific definitions for it. For this reason, in defining new models, e-businesses have their own definitions.
What is the business and e-commerce model?
Some definitions express the goals that a business model pursues. Others focus on the core components of business models and perhaps in some way on the interrelationships of these components. However, in a general definition, online e-business is the application of all information systems to strengthen and control business processes. Today, these processes are being developed using web-based technologies.
E-business in a simple definition of the word means doing business using telecommunications and related tools. E-commerce in this sense has a smaller and more limited meaning than e-business. In e-commerce, money must be exchanged between the two sides to achieve the concept of commerce, but in e-commerce, money does not have to be exchanged. For example, a court where trials take place online is considered an e-business. Some see e-business as a combination of e-commerce, corporate intelligence, customer relationship management, supply chain management, and enterprise resource planning.
